Vice President Mohammed Gharib Bilal received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Nguyen Duy Thien

On June 29th 2011, when paid courtesy call on Tanzanian Vice President Mohammed Gharib Bilal, at President’s Palace, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Viet Nam H.E. Nguyen Duy Thien was warmly received by the Vice President.
The two countries have supported each other over the past decades of struggle for national independence and construction, said Vice President Bilal. It needed to be boosted further. Tanzania considered Viet Nam as a believable friend. Vice President Bilah expressed his pleasure to see the outstanding socio-economic achievements that Viet Nam has gained. While mentioning the desire of further pushing up multifaceted relations with Viet Nam, especially in agriculture and irrigation, the Vice President also expected Vietnamese friends to share development experience.
H.E. Ambassador Nguyen Duy Thien congratulated H.E. Bilal for being elected as Vice President for the term 2011-2015 and expressed his confidence that H.E. Vice President would care to develop friendship and cooperation between the two countries’ governments and people.
H.E Ambassador Nguyen Duy Thien confirmed to do his best to contribute to the improvement of those multifaceted relations between the two countries and informed that Vietnamese enterprises would participate in the annual international trade exhibition namely “Saba-Saba” in Tanzania this year (June 28 – July 07, 2011). The Vice President warmly welcomed Vietnamese enterprises and hoped this would be a good signal for enhancing bilateral economic-trade cooperation in the coming time./.
